The folder is made from heavyweight leather with
three brass studs. The document itself is made up
of multiple copies of the same scanned legal
document with some changes such as the Ship and
Captain's names. In this case, Mal's, altough the
Alliance officer refers to him as 'Captain Harbatkin'
