The Lassetter is named for John Lassetter, Joss'
collaborator on 'Toy Story'. It's a surprising
prop. The main body is based on an obsolete
1980's emergency flashlight. The detail panels
are machined from solid aluminium. The grip is
a solid, cast aluminium copy of a 1960's ray gun
toy grip. The panel on the back lights up as do
the twin nozzles on the front and the red
scope on top.
