Originally created for 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer',
the knife was reused in Firefly. Although part of
a three piece set comprising the hero knife, a
rubber knife and a plate knife, only the metal
hero prop was used in Firefly. Inara held it to
Burgess' throat in 'Heart Of Gold'.
