These were made found items; copper-plated Chinese
astrological cards. Skip Crank found them in Chinatown
in Los Angeles. The finish is black spraypaint, buffed
down with steel wool. They have the Chinese symbols
for animals assigned to certain years. Weirdly, there
is the odd dog and rat, but it's mostly Roosters.
