Designed as a non-lethal weapon, the sonic rifle is a
state of the art rascal suppression device. In reality,
the rifle was designed and built by Applied FX in LA.
At the time of printing of the Companion books, the
whereabouts of the hero props was unknown. This one
came to light recently. This is a rare example of a
hero prop being used in fight scenes. Apparently there
was neither time nor budget to make rubber copies.
It's based on the 'Foosh' guns from the movie 'The 6th
Day', modified with a machined aluminium nozzle &
castings of 'Flintstones Jello dishes'...apparently.
